Thank you for the pictures. I may have to rent a child to ride that adorable
Dora train with me. My 6-yr-old son said "That's too girly. I'm not riding that."
I guess my daughter can keep him while I ride by myself. <_<

If I recall correctly, the Flyers should be able to hold 2 comfortably, or maybe even 3 little children... probably wrong on that though.

One thing to remember though, that extra weight is bad for the flyers if you are trying to perform.. uhh.. 'aerobatic maneuvers.'

Why do you have to have a child to ride the train? I have rode it by myself a couple times. I like the trains on the Fairly Odd Coaster, that is so life-like for a cartoon.

The Danny Phantom Flyers seem to be a new hot ride fighting through its way to the top of one of the best at Paramounts Carowinds. Many seem to be interseted in this new attraction which causes a hot topic and great discussion on its fun and challenging functions. Though many find it a challenge many find it easy to catch on to while the little ones look in amazement and hide in the amzement of it all. Though only a beginner on this ride I heard from many good sources that it was a unique and challenging experience(thanks coasterdude324). I got to ride this attraction today on April 2, 2005. By observing and catching on easily to the attractions mystery of enjoying the ride I'd like to give a few hints and tips to succesfully riding the Danny Phantom Flyers.
Compared to other rides in the park this ride seems to be the only ride to be a sort of hands on project. Correct me if I'm wrong. Now to master this ride you might want to start out by slowly but surely tilt your wing towards the right while picking up momentum. Then once you have speed, wind, and air you quickly snap it ot the lft which send you spinning and the point of the flyers is to "snap" it and to stall while riding. I accomplished this by quickly snaping to the left while close to the ground which sends me back into the air with a stall and the wires make a snapping noise. A succesful snapper gets a minimum of about 3 snaps and stalls. Just go with the wind is another big tip I can give. My friend coasterdude324 is a very succesful snapper and got up to about 7 stalls and snaps in one ride. The first time we rode he got about 2 but the second time he experimented and randomly got about 7 luckily. Sometimes it takes practice and sometimes people accidentaly do it without noticing. But I would definitly recommend trying this ride out for yourself. I hope to become a professional snapper one day and tell you more about the art. I hope you guys read this and I hope you didn't find it too boring . Like I said definitly go out to Carowinds and try the new fun and challenging Danny Phantom Flyers. This ride is defintily not meant for kids though they think that even though kids enjoy it but I think it's mainly a good challenge for teens and adults IMO. Well that just about wraps what I have to say up. I'd like to hear from experienced and veteran members if you get the time on your views on this subject. Have a good day, seacrest out.

Well, I am too lazy to read all of that. Anyways, Phantom Flyers is the white hot ride at Carowinds right now, everyone loves them. On Opening Day, I was little kids doing all of kinds of movements on the Flyers.

I hope everyone got a chance to go to the park on Friday April 1st. All of the rides
were walk-ons (even Borg which had 2 trains running on this super-slow day). We were there from about 1:30-4:00. We rode FSS(water off) twice in a row because there was no one in line. We could've stayed on longer but we wanted to do other things. It sprinkled rain at times but no big deal.

We spent a lot of time at the Flyers where the ride-op was in rare form on this
April Fool's Day. He was great! He would start the ride and then stop it. When our
scooters were still swinging back and forth at the end of the ride, he would pretend to make the sails hit him in the face, act like he was badly hurt, then laugh and
say "April Fools". He was so funny, everyone was loving it and running back to get in line over and over again.

It was like ERT throughout the park. Lots of fun.
