well, some of my friends in school went up there and now it looks like they got rained out.

No, it only misted today. I was at Carowinds today. The midways were packed, six rides didn't open, another seven opened late, all of the coasters' line were at least half full. The Flyers, Balloons, Dutchman, and kiddy rides were about the rides worth waiting for.

Rides Closed:
Thunder Road-Backwards
Rocket Power
Road Trip
Chopper Chase
Jets
Frenzoid
Rapids
To make things worst, the water park didn't open. Basically half the park's rides did not operate. It was the worst day at Carowinds ever.

Almost every ride was open when i got to the park around 2pm.

Only 2 rides were closed. WWF & RRR. Water park as well.

When I left at 3:15, all of thoose rides are down. Thunder Road-Forewards was the last thing I rode. Both of thoose rides were running when I left.

To say the least I am fairly dissapointted that Carowinds would have Education Days on a public operating day knowing how many schools/classes would be there. I saw shirts from as far away as Myrtle Beach. :angry:
