Dukefanswimmer needs an ACE member to take him as their guest to C3. Robert Ulrich, the ACE representative for the southeast, said that the ACE member that will bring Dukefanswimmer just needs to email Ulrich and say that they approve of taking him as their guest. Dukefanswimmer will then attach a note to his registration "guest of ______." This will cost nothing to the ACE member as Dukefanswimmer will submit his payment with his registration.

If anyone can help, please e-mail Dukefanswimmer or me.
