I seriously doubt they would do that. First of all, it would drive people away who would only want to ride fowards, and it would split the ride's hourly capacity in half, then, you would have to make two different lines for every coaster so that people would know which direction they were facing.

There are some rides that would be horrible turned backwards. Vortex, Caroilina Cyclone, and Runaway Reptar wouldn't be bearable.
