It seems that he is saying that the park received an inverted family coaster a few years after receiving a large inverted coaster, so he thinks it would be possible for them to get a family flying coaster after they put in a large flying coaster. I'm not sure if a family flying coaster will really ever happen, since the prone position is really part of the extreme nature of the ride. Although, there is a small family flat ride out there where riders are in a lie-down position.

I think a Zamperla could be tamed down to a point where 6 year olds would ride it. For example, make it 20 ft tall and take out the zero g rolls.
