I've witnessed a few others doing that too...

I really don't see it as unprofessional though. It's just like a restaurant with the tip jar out in the open asking for you to tip if you appreciated your service. The option is there for you to tip/give a compliment, there is nobody forcing anything..

I've gotten countless compliments in person from guests leaving Nighthawk this year, and that means more to me than any amount of colored flags hanging on the booth window ever will. So if a ride wants to beg for compliments without really doing much to earn one, that's fine. I'll enjoy the people who compliment me to my face and don't need to be directed to guest services.

Would Guest Services not be the Tip Jar? The cashier does not say drop some change in their if you think I did a good job.

I get personal compliments from guests all the time but I do ask most of them to please stop by guest services and let them know because many guests don't know the compliments are being recorded on a main record. My goal, like last year, is to again be the the most complimented associate in the park. Talk about being high!..

At some rides, I've heard the "Please stop by Guests Services" announcement at the end of every cycle and it does become quickly annoying to those waiting in line. It sounds like the workers are begging. I "sometimes" announce it when another associate has come to relieve me during a rotation, but not after every cycle.

What an awesome attitude! I haven't heard anyone say that before.
Sorry I wasn't working Gliders when you came through this week and your song request wasn't granted. I hope you get to ride Gliders when I'm on it next time. I'll sing something especially for you.

See, there is a difference between begging and a reminder. After every cycle is over doing it, but on average I am in the station for AfterBurn for 3 cycles, Blue Red Blue, or Red Blue Red. So maybe say it to where everyone will hear it at one point in waiting not multiple times where its sticking to your head as annoying.

Maybe it is just me being impatient.
