I dont think anything will be done with that land for awhile. They have a serious drainage issue in that area that they just cant seem to fix. They tried for most of the construction of intimadator. Not sure what the issue is, but if you been to the park lately, you can see it. I have a feeling this offseason that gets all torn up again in attempt to fix it. I wouldnt look for anything in there any time soon.
