One thing I noticed at Carowinds is their beer selection which at Outer Hanks is a decent selection.

One question. Can you roam the park with it like other parks or are you stuck in the area that you bought it? I'd assume that since Carowinds sits on the state line that you might have to stay where you bought it and not take your beer from one state to the other but do they enforce that?

They have signs that say "No Alchohol Beyond This Point" I do believe.... and in the waterpark I guess you can go anywhere? I know there was a few people sittin by the pool with their beer so I am guessing there is no restriction there, but not sure. I havent bought beer at the park before..

You are supposed to consume your adult beverages on the patio where you bought them. I was stopped in the park by security. No biggie--they just want you to stay where you buy it.

Well when you are all hot and sweaty, sometimes an expensive beer goes down better than a $4 bottle of water. And it also depends on who you go to the park with. I went at night one night with a bunch of beer drinkers and that's what we did in the park.
