As long as you pay to get in the park, they really don't care what you do.

Carowinds is not a 'pay per ride' park. It has a single admission that is necessary to get into the park. Much the same way as most major amusement parks. You are free to ride as much as you want once you get it.

If you are a non rider, you can still get your moneys worth. They have a handful of live shows, Snoopy's Starlight Spectacular, and pools in the water park, all included with your admission!
