If, for some reason that sneaked on kid would get tossed out like Superman last weekend then they would be the first to blame the park and the ops and take them to court.

Somebody fell out of superman? which one of the rides?

here is the article on Superman Ride Of Steel

May. 1st, 2004 -- A 55-year-old man, identified as Stanley J. Movarsky from Bloomfield, Connecticut, died Saturday after falling out of the Superman Ride of Steel roller coaster.
Reports state that the man fell out of the top-ranked steel roller coaster toward the end of the ride.

An eyewitness claimed he was "spinning like a Frisbee" as he came out of the ride in a curve.

Mordarsky was pronounced dead 45 minutes later at a local hospital. Mordarsky had cerebral palsy. His 82-year-old mother said she couldn't "understand why they would let him on a ride like that in the first place. He was so sickly and handicapped. I just can't believe it."

The roller coaster was inspected Saturday morning and was certified for operation. It has been closed pending investigation by park staff and Agawam, Mass., police.

There's really no solid info yet on the Superman accident. Just a lot of speculation out there. Hopefully, the report will be released soon. Right now, our thoughts should be with the families of the person we lost in the terrible tragedy (and the park, the people who were at the ride at the time, and the employees.)

The accident was exactly why I said what I did when I answered the question: better safe than sorry.

Well the ride restrictions are there for the kids safety, so I say be nice, but tell them they can't ride.

I have heard that the full time manager of rides is too short to ride the big rides there. I think his name is Tony. Is this true?
