At the park today I noticed there is a shower (like at the beach) near the actual boardwalk in Carolina boardwalk. Has this always been there? I saw some kids playing with it so I guess this is the first time I noticed it.

Oh my gosh I noticed this today as well. Unfortunately I dont have the answer but I've never seen it before.

I noticed it earlier this season when some kids were playing with it. Now I make a point to soak unsuspecting friends. Note that the head doesn't just spray straight down, some of the nozzles spray sideways.
