I asked somebody at the park yesterday about the parking situation. I was told that if you have a parking sticker on your season pass, you should be able to park free. So, is she wrong?

I have no idea who the Danca is and what their relationship is with Carowinds, because according to Virginia Hunt in guest services, and her supervisor Marsha Keathley, and some people they talked to in management, if you have a parking pass it *IS* valid for Scarowinds.

There must just be a disagreement up there. I just called Rose in guest services at Carowinds and she said that everyone, including season pass holders DO have to pay for parking.

SCarowinds.com says that Hearse parking is FREE, and that all others have to pay $8.00 parking fee. There is a way around this, Go to Carowinds on Saturday before and stay during the day. When the park closes for transformation, just walk accross the street and grab some dinner, then at 7PM walk back accross the street and to the main gate. This will also work some of that fat off that put on eating fast food.

I talked to a friend up there and he says parking is free with parking pass.
