Looks like Dockside fries is on the way out. This permit calls for the removal of a picnic structure:

Isn't that where Black Widow used to be? Seems like the Troika would be a good fit there.

While I was there Sunday the paint started immediately after the White and Blue arches and went by the little food kiosk and the small picnic area between Dodgems and the games. Could that be the concrete pad they were speaking of?

The permit was filed in NC, so I can't imagine that's the area they were talking about. It would be a nice spot for the Music Express though.
