I actually didn't get around to voting in the steel poll this year (whoops), but Top Gun continued to improve in the eyes of enthusiasts. It was ranked 20th, right behind Raging Bull and right in front of Xcelerator. Top Gun was ranked 12th in 1999 when it opened, 33rd in 2001 and 2002, then jumped to 21st in 2003, and of course 20th this year. It was higher than any other coaster in the Paramount chain; next was Volcano at #32. And, it was fourth among all B&M inverteds. Not too shabby! The biggest surprise for me was Superman: Ride of Steel at Six Flags America, which moved up to #3 (although I do agree with that, as it is my #2).
EDIT: Forgot to mention, BORG Assimilator was #143, Super Saturoator #166, Vortex #172, Goldrusher #230, and Cyclone #231.
