I know that consistent theming throughout any Cedar Fair park is not really a thing, but I'd personally love to see the park make an effort to unite different sections of the park under themes that aren't as loose.

My ideas:
- Carolina Harbor and Planet Snoopy would not change since they're the only areas of the park with very cohesive theming throughout.
- County Fair would be renamed to Classic Carolinas. I don't think a whole lot about this area would need to change since it's the most cohesive area in the park apart from the other two I've mentioned. Very old-timey feel.
- I'd love to see Thrill Zone get a futuristic/dystopian theme. Fury 325 already fits that sort of theme, and it wouldn't be difficult to retheme Drop Tower and Hurler likewise. Additionally, the diner could become a restaurant themed to a refuge area for "survivors." If done right, I think a lot of people would have fun buying into that sort of concept.
- Carolina Boardwalk can stay the same, although I'd love to see some additional landscaping (and perhaps a retheme of Cyclone) tying the area together.
- I suppose Carowinds Plaza can stay the same as well, but moreso because it would be difficult to unite that entire area under one common theme. The best I can think of is an America theme to accommodate Intimidator and the Skytower, but we'd already have three areas themed to the Carolinas, so I think having another similar area would be pretty redundant.
- I'm not sure what I'd retheme Carolina Showplace to. If Vortex does end up being converted, I'd like to see the surrounding area fall under the same sort of theming Vortex would have. Definitely something more original than another Carolina theme, though.
- Finally, RFD is a weak theme, possibly the weakest in the park at the moment. Adding almost any sort of stronger theme would be an improvement. Maybe a jungle theme to accommodate Carolina Cobra? The park could add more palm trees and additional landscaping to this section, and being right next to the waterpark, a jungle theme wouldn't be too out of place.

For my wishlist, which ive mentioned before, should be a Michael Jordan themed ride. There a was rumored Lebron James roller coaster for Cedar Point a while a go so if that happens i think Carowinds should honor their hometown her and the greatest of all time. Maybe a launched wing coaster or a indoor 3d coaster would be great, something where you can theme it around his highlights. Vortex could maybe be a possibility if it became floorless and they added more track.

Updated the Carolina Market place to have free parking or atleast cheaper parking.

Also added a new dark ride and spinning coaster for a family addictions.

Or how about use both the Trio Tech, and spinning coaster buildings, and turn it into a Trio tech spinning coaster combo. Not exactly sure if that would work, unless the 3d glasses are capable of handling some amount of negative g forces.

Part of me wishes Giovanola was still around so they could make Titan/Goliath trains for Intimidator. I understand why it wouldn't work for Fury since the short trains maneuver through the turns more easily, but Intimidator has staggered, 2-per row seating. The main reason I would want Titan trains though is because I feel the park has too many 54" height restriction coasters. Even at 48", you're missing out on what are basically the signature coasters of the park. But Giovanola is gone and new trains would cost too much anyways, so this will just have to remain a pipe dream.

I think don't think Intimidator would be the same ride with those trains. The Titan and Goliath trains are very box-like and bulky.

Wish for Carolina Cyclone:

Realistic wish: Vekoma comes in and replaces the restraint system with the OTSR's found on Cobra. Seems like what they might be doing to Ninja.

Pipedream: Cyclone gets a slight retheme. Same name, but slightly different theme. The station is rethemed to an old airplane hangar and the ride receives a new paint job (all white). The ride gets two new, yellow Vekoma trains with an airplane head on the front (similar to Flying Aces, but a bit smaller). There's audio on the lift telling the riders of their mission (escape the cyclone/hurricane before it's too late). But as I said, it's just a hopeless pipedream.
