For my wishlist, which ive mentioned before, should be a Michael Jordan themed ride.=

Great idea. I'm imagining a dark ride where the lights aren't the only thing that gets dark. Maybe they could have a little tickle "machine" going on too or something. It'd be perfect for the theme.

I also thing Carowinds needs team up with R. Kelly if they go through with this idea, though. I don't know if I could handle such a ride without a fresh blast of lukewarm liquid in my face as I'm walking out the exit.

Yay! Now I can post more pipe dreams without double posting!

Pipedream #1:

I'm the last person who wants to see Carolina Cyclone go, and I hope it at least gets to see its 40th birthday unlike Thunder Road. But if it does get removed, my next pipedream is this: a bluefire- sized Mack launch coaster with Big Dipper Trains (Lost Gravity) themed to the Wright Brothers. It would be called "Wright Flight" which sounds pretty cheesy, but a good logo can make any name 100x better (ex. Fury325). The launch would be where Cyclone's corkscrews are right now so the experience of walking under a coaster wouldn't be lost. It would launch into a bluefire-style overbank, then go into a twister layout full of inversions and airtime in Cyclone's footprint and the land behind it. The colors of the coaster would be ivory white for the track and brown for the supports. The big dipper trains would consist of four rows instead of two to increase capacity, and there would be four trains.

I'd also move Wings to the Boardwalk where Chickie's and Pete's is now, and move Chickie's and Pete's to the RFD where Wings currently is.

Pipedream #2:

I'd retheme the western half of the RFD to Charleston. The attractions in the section would be:

Boo Blasters on Boo Hill: But as a Triotech dark ride themed to a haunted Charleston mansion. It would take place in the top half of the building and the bottom half would be an indoor queue.

Afterburn: Same old Afterburn we know and love. The only thing I'd do to it would be to paint it Patriot's color scheme in the invent Intimidator gets rethemed (hopefully to White Lightnin')

New GCI mobius coaster: There would be a new mobius wooden coaster in the area where Dinosaurs Alive is. It would be themed to a horse race taking place in the streets of Charleston. It would be about the size of a connected Joris en de Draak.

Pipedream #3

Nighthawk gets removed, and the area it is in gets replaced with family rides. On the left side of the walkway under Nighthawk's lift, I'd add a Zamperla Disk-O, and on the right side, I'd add a splash battle and a new hillbilly jalopies ride.

I like those ideas except, if they use "White Lightnin'" again, I'd like to see it on some type of launch coaster. I loved the "Lightning Strikes... Now!!!" as the launch happened back in the day. Lightning refers to something instantaneous, not a drawn-out lift-hill.

On a side note... Do we know that Intimidator is being re-themed? I hope it stays like it is although it could use some bright red paint to cover up the pink it has become.

I like the idea of family rides taking over Nighthawk's area. Would give a city-park like feel to the area between Harmony Hall and Starbucks.

I don't recall there ever being any indication that Intimidator was going to be rethemed. They had a closeout on their merchandise last year which made people jump to conclusions. It appears that the closeout was to get rid of old merchandise to bring in new merchandise.

The park was just getting rid of excess stock of merchandise. So Arby is correct on the matter. Supposedly it's getting repainted this coming off season.

You prob think a country singer themed ride would be a great idea☺️ Incest:the ride! Clearly I said Michael Jordan ,the greatest basketball player who's from North Carolina can get a themed ride here . Fury (hornets ). We got a nascar themed ride we could get basketball in there too.

Yea but space jam might be a problem since it's a Warner brothers movie (six flags) A dark ride or a launched wing and have a themed queue with his greatest achievements would be great!

Unfortunately, they're gonna screw up the Space Jam by making it a franchise and making Space Jam 2. It will star LeBron James. No lie. It's already in the works.

I digress. I guess we'll see a racing coaster (James vs. Jordan) coming to a six flags park near you.
