Now that my rant is over I have a wishlist for Carowinds:
1. condense parking into 2 nice parking decks, with a covered walkway and or shuttles to take people to entrance.
2.Build a resort style hotel on the edge of the park nearest I-77.
3. Use leftover parking lot to expand park into a new themed area, something to do with the mountains, including an indoor coaster that is the shape of a mountain(s).
4. Get rid of Nighthawk and Vortex and use the area to rebuild a lake, and have some amazing new awesome one of a kind coaster that flies over, around, and under the lake, also build a dock out into the middle of the lake with a 300+ft tall Ferris wheel with all glass cars.
5. Take out dinosaurs alive and expand the kids area to include more rides and attractions.
6. expand the country fair area, include more flat rides, a more realistic country fair atmosphere, with fair food, performers, petting zoo, etc. re-theme boo blasters to fit within the country fair theme, get rid of bumper cars and add additional rides there, as well as behind the plants vs zombie arena and the new water park expansion where there is still room.
7. Bring back a log flume ride, rebuild the whitewater falls to be themed and larger, Re-theme and rebuild the white water rapids into this area.this area could be themed as white water rapids since NC has lots of nice river rapids.
8. Expand the water park ( yes I know, but I think it would be bigger and better, more adult slides, more kids area, and a new lazy river that goes around the whole water park.
9. Water coaster added to the area right outside the water park along Carowinds Blvd.
10. Carolina Cobra taken out and replaced with a small footprint thrill ride.
11. Carolina Cyclone remove and replace with dueling wooden/steel hybrid coaster.
12. Drop Zone removed and replaced with something similar to Power Tower , but make it a worlds tallest.
13. Are around Fury redone totally, themed restaurants,stores, new games, rip out the hurler, and create a bootlegger themed coaster with a pass through to a new area with go-carts, bumper boats, mini golf, and various other rides/activities such as this.
14. Intimidator repainted, re-themed and turned into a VR coaster that you can choose what you see in your headset as well as your music.
15. Take area where white water rapids was, as well as the amphitheater and use it for more rides, maybe an inside dark theme ride.
That's about it, just a nice short little list
