Not much to say on this one. That brown line going over the maintenance road and train tracks is a bridge and walkway to the new section.

I agree 95% with you. I think we have the 2nd best drop tower. Any park that has a 140 foot ARM/Larson tower (Lake Winnie, for example) beats our drop tower any day of the week, in my opinion. Have you experienced them? What do you think about the Larson Super Shot towers?

I'm a corporate guy so I haven't been to those parks lol.

It's fine the way it is. The more weight, the more it seems to drag.

Those are pretty insane. Drop towers seem to be the rare thing where the cheaper versions are the best. It seems entirely dependent on how fast the car is released and falls. The Larson towers fall like a rock.

I will say though Zumanjaro is the exception to that for me. I think it's incredible. It just feels like falling forever.

Rode Lightning Rod Monday and was surprised at how awesome it was. Carowinds is in need of a great wooden coaster and something like this would be perfect.

In this pipe dream, the park replaces the fountain pad with a zipline/ropes course. A rock-climbing wall would also be effective in that spot. Scrambler gets moved to another location in the park, and a new queue for RRR goes in its spot. The entrance is situated between two rockwork waterfalls. Papa Luigi's gets replaced by a larger, full-service restaurant, serving pizza and mountain cuisine.

When they take down the paladium (decided not to use "if" because it seems inevitable), the park could turn the area where RRR's current queue is into a pathway to the new section.

Bridges are expensive to build and the Paladium would be expensive to tear down. Being that they included the It in redoing North Gate it isn't going anywhere soon.
