I wonder what the possibility is that Carowinds had a secondary layout (the one we’ve seen) mocked up by some intern, and then slowly having it purposely leaked to a select few reputable sources as “The Layout”, knowing that it would eventually make its way to the internet.

I think anything would be possible. Steve Jackson did a slide show of Camp Snoopy and was explaining what all goes on when designing and planning etc. They actually dropped a ride out of the expansion to cut costs, so it could be they had this as a layout and changed it, there is really no telling haha. Could have been made and given to screamscape on purpose... who knows....Still cool to see a blueprint real or not and see designs people make in NL2 and Planet Coaster, especially HiveMinded's versions!

Advertising your Carowinds fan site on someone else's Carowinds fan site shows what kind of person we're dealing with. Extremely unethical. You are trying to boost your 'likes' off the back of someone else's hard work. Something that took this person over 15 years to grow. But to each their own. If you don't feel bad doing it, keep it up.

This could very well be a possibility but I doubt it. I will say however, that Carowinds is keeping this one under wraps as much as possible! Only a handful of people know and if one of those people happened to leak a blueprint, they’d just be a distant memory right now!...#unlikeanythingelse/oneofakind

HAHA I know right! The other camera is just a plain black screen, but construction camera I get an error, like it was fully disconnected, they must be moving it or something? I did let Lisa know about it though, my guess is they are doing something on purpose... No clue. I hope it will be back up soon though!

It is strange that the webcam is still down, makes me wonder if the cam simply faulted out and needs replacement. The placeholder for Camera 1 is still on https://pixelcaster.com/live/carowinds/ , but the 404 error message received usually indicates that the link between the webcam and the Pixelcaster Server is either broken, or removed completely.

Not sure, I dont get a 404 I just get a cant find the stream message as seen below, looks to me like they have disconnected, whether it was intentional or not, not sure...

Ah gotcha! They have unhooked it would be my guess then. Just kind of odd. I see on Carowinds.com that cam2 is working, but on http://pixelcaster.com/live/carowinds/camera2.html its just black. And camera 1 isnt even on the webpage at all....

Disclaimer: I am not 'in the know' as I have absolutely no true sources or any insight into this project. I wanted to mention that as anything I say is purely speculation like most of you. I do know Screamscape is wrong as much as they are right so it could be the real thing, it could not be the real thing. No idea from me but if these are the real blueprints, it looks like it is going to be a good coaster.

Very nice! It does work at that link and on the website too. Maybe they are upgrading their servers or something. Strange that the other link still shows the camera screen with logo but is just black. Oh well! Hopefully it'll all get fixed soon


Oh the original link works for cam 2 on MS Edge, I guess its just my Chrome not liking it right now, no worries, thanks for the other link though its a MUCH bigger version.

That's impossible! A Carowinds fanatic site on facebook said it is real.

I never said it was real and for that matter I shared a post of what Screamscape posted.
