On the Ricochet Recording in the station it says its the parks' 12th roller coaster, that would mean they are counting white lightnin' and both TR tracks.

I'm pretty sure it says it's the 11th roller coaster, but I could be wrong. I know that the press release for it said "When the 105-acre water and theme park opens spring 2002, Paramount's Carowinds will debut its 11th rollercoaster, Ricochetâ„¢. Ricochet is a unique, fast track rollercoaster packed with tight hairpin turns, abrupt twists, breathtaking bumps and insane turnarounds. Guests will drop, twist, bank and curl through a series of six, 180-degree curves and 11, 90-degree curves."
