The truth is, working at Carowinds was valuable experience. As a supervisor, they taught me budgeting, scheduling, cost management, public relations and marketing. More than 20-years later, I'm still using those skills.

Now that I'm living down here full time, I put an app in and plan to go to the Job Fair, if not before (I may go as I have time this week). I'm excited to at least try it out.

I thoroughly agree. I love those jobs where you pickup extra valuable skills you didn't really count on. Carowinds just may be educating the next theme park owner of an award winning park. Who knows...
