I am overall pleased with that Cedar Fair has done with Carowinds. I sometimes miss the family friendliness feel that Carowinds used to have but the increased thrills and overall attention to expansion of the park is better under Cedar Fair.

If we're putting out our wish list, the only real thing I wish Cedar Fair would change is their handicapped policy. We already have a lot to deal with having a 20 year old special needs son, but they make it really difficult for us to enjoy their parks. If they would go to a timed pass and let all four of us enter the handicapped entrance to ride as a family we would get a lot more enjoyment out of their parks. (get a pass signed, wait XXX amount of time depending on how long the lines are, then come back to ride)

My son doesn't walk very well so we push him around in a wheelchair. He has good control of his body, though, and can ride a lot of rides. He especially loves wooden coasters like Thunder Road. :)

If I had the money, I'd buy out Q Investments and just make them go away. They're a real PITA.
