I don't see any coasters going over the asphalt in the OP's pic, just shadows on the asphalt. There is a coaster on a piece of land that sticks out into the parking lot. Intimidator's helix sticks into the lot in a similar manner.

Six Flags Magic Mountain is the "Parking Lot Coaster Mecca".
All 3 coasters viewable in the pic are parking lot coasters.

Scream!:You can clearly see the lines from the parking lot it now sits on top of.

Colossus: Originally opened in 1978 over a parking lot as you can see the lines as well. Not sure what it looks like now as Twisted Colossus...but I doubt they ripped up the asphalt under it.

Goliath: This area was also parking lot prior to Colossus (pic above) being built. Ride opened in 2000 so not sure what was going on in that spot from '78-'99.

These are also clearly parking lot coasters as well-

Batman The Ride: This was built completely over asphalt. I believe it was old employee parking.

X2: Built over parking lot.

Apocalypse the Ride: Built over asphalt/concrete (As was Deja Vu before it was removed)

In addition to these, Viper is partially over asphalt as is Riddler's Revenge.

I'm very happy that Carowinds has taken the extra effort and expense to make it's rides that have taken over old parking lots look appealing (except TR).

^^Looking at those trees makes me think of being younger and playing with Lego's.
