You're right.
If you do have a complaint make sure you write it in a professional manner and not just off the cuff, and after the complaint write what you think is a good solution.

Just don't go off half cocked as that won't get you anywhere.

Exactly.. it sounds uneducated and extremely rude to just say things off the top of your head all angry and crap. If you make a suggestion with a professional sounding letter or something and not angry then I garuntee you that they will listen and try to solve the problem the best that they can.

No one likes hearing people complain in a rude manner... it sounds like a three year old not getting his/her way and crying about it.

I tryed that path. The restrooms are still in bad shape. Not as bad as they were but they are still in bad shape. As for the painted arrows they are not helping as just the other day when waiting to get on drop zone 4 people went to my row when they were suppose to go to the one I had to sit in. All the sides may be more less the same but it is the principal that matters. One more shot filling it out will not hurt I guess.

That's odd about the bathrooms. I remember them saying that the bathrooms were one of the improvements that the park was going to be making for this season. Mister Seeker, what exactly is it that you see that is wrong with them?

The one I went into I could not stay in there not even to wash my hands. Stunk and wasnt very clean. I think a new one should be built near drop zone as there are none that I know of near there. I dont spend much time on that side of the park though.

There are bathrooms in the Thrill Zone. They are hidden behind the rock shop and are not very obvious.

What were you expecting, a restroom or the Ritz-Carlton. I dont know about you but most public restooms smell funny to me but im not in there to get a spa treatment im in there to drain the weasle or to rarely pinch a loaf..............Come to think of it it may be my loaf your smelling!! I dont think a restoom is needed for the drop zone area being that its like a ghost town over there....................

I find generally all areas of the park to be tidy at all times. But I guess I dont go there looking for that kinda stuff. I go to enjoy myself and ride as much as possible. Im not gonna let a faucet that wont produce hot water get my goat because I have been in situations where the only running water i had was in my canteen, and thats if I had some in it!!

And class lets remember, we're at carowinds not disney world...............

I never noticed it I wonder why they hide it like that.
