General Carowinds discussion

^Let me inflate my inner tube, and let's go! Just stating a fact, I thought Cedar Fair wanted to sell more tickets and less season passes. Fury was a great step in that direction, now they have took one step forward and will be taking one step back. I believe ticket holders are more likely to spend money inside the park whereas season pass holders will picnic in the parking lot. You could ally push me into the "Carolina's Rambling River" if the Crocodile doesn't Run you away.

How could any of us ever know whether or not a water park expansion would pull more one day tickets or season passes? None of us know for sure but I have just a slight feeling that Carowinds and Cedar Fair know how to increase profits :sarcasm: . Isn't that their goal? If profits increase to where they want them, I doubt Carowinds will care about the tickets to season pass ratio.

Exactly! What matters more is in park spending. Universal figured that out with Potter.

I'm sure it would be quite similar if not a carbon copy...
