Would have fit perfectly with a re-themed RRR. Some sort of swamp monster. Oh well.

^That would have been nice! I'm sure there is some mythological being in the area to it could have drawn inspiration from.

Techedchart1551 wrote:That would go in the RRR section if it will be removed. That area represents a lot of lush greenery like the lowcountry. however, i don't think Gullah will be represented entirely. While you could add things like art and music, I don't want racist/confederate themes to pop up among parkgoers.

I don't think you know or understand what gullah/lowcountry culture/theme really is if you equate it to racist/confederate themes. I am not stating they should have afro americans walking around in cosplay, but more so the thematic and recreating the environment and atmosphere.

i see your point. Maybe shops with weaved grass baskets and other crafts, and maybe a few small flat rides. I don't see anything huge though, with the exception of a water coaster.

Fixed that for ya’ll so that I am not offended.

Do you really think I care if you're offended by anything?!?!? like I quoted . . . racist/CONFEDERATE! It's apparent you are looking to be offended as you took the quote way out of context. Your subconscious must automatically equate racist=confederate as Tech nor I explicitly stated such.

I’d pay a lot of money to see those flats in the park and to see Cobras gone, but I feel like all those rides in one area would really oversaturate County Fair

Sorry for starting a race debate or whatever happened, in my day and age a lot of racism and hate is in my general area. I just don't want that to spread to places in which I am happy (aka carowinds)

in response to the flat ride concepts: all of those look awesome, especially the gerstlauer skyroller and the chance unicoaster. The zamperla discovery though sounds a bit iffy, like yawetag said, sounds like a six flags thing to me. The other two options would bring something new and unique to the park, which is something that carowinds needs. Where to put it though? maybe in the new RRR section for the unicoaster, and put the skyroller in county fair-crossroads area.

I do have a few other flat rides in other sections and new coasters im working on concepts art i just have this section done right now plus it seems like cedar fair is doing discovery/frisbees again with KD built one in the last few years and CGA already have one in the work so figured this would be the best section for right next section im working on right now is the Carolina Boardwalk section witch will be done in a few days

This just came to mind: I'd like to see goldrusher get some more on ride theming. I know you got that tunnel at the end and the station is highly themed, but that's kinda it. Goldrusher is kinda just Vortex's shadow at the moment, and if you added some theming to goldrusher, you'd get something that could rival big thunder mountain.

Take that into consideration.

Lmao frisbees/discoveries are too “Six Flags”? Y’all do know KD, CP, and KI all have a giant frisbees right and CW has a Sky Roller already. SFStL has a Zamperla Disko. Flat rides aren’t exclusive to certain chains and it would be great to see Cedar Fair beef up on some more awesome flats like Sky Rollers, Discoveries, Screamin Swings, etc.

All those rides look cool, but do they really fit a "country fair" theme? I picture more classic rides, or re-imagined classic rides, in that area; ones that at least remind you of the kind of rides that can be packed up and moved to the next fairground, not huge blatantly permanent fixtures.
