I'm afraid you might be getting your hopes a little too high. Realistically, all I think we're getting is the rebranding of Boomerang Bay to Soak City, a separate entrance, and some slides. This is totally fine by me as Boomerang City still needs to be expanded with some awesome new slides. (Preferably drop boxes). I doubt that we would get that, a log flume, and a flat right after getting the biggest steel coaster ever built in North America.

Is Lake Compounce a Cedar Fair park? That may explain the similar marketing strategy.Or provide a clue July 10. And just where the heck is Lake Compounce? Never heard of this before.

Lake Compounce is located in Bristol, CT., and no, it is not a Cedar Fair park.

Yea looked it up. Not Cedar Fair but perhaps they used the same PR firm. Interesting the marketing is similar. But probably totally different plans. But still wonder about the big box at Carowinds.
