Thank you. Now will this include dessert? I've done the dining plan at various parks, for instance universal studios, and their locations always featured dessert. Will that be the case at cedar fair parks or dessert and drinks will cost extra?

Drinks are only included in the single meal deal and the all season dining plan makes no mention of dessert.

I think you have to go to each parks website to see which venues are included. I know for Carowinds, KI and KD its all the none name brand or trademarked restaurants that are included in the dining pan. Online under the dining page the venues have the logos of the dining plans next to them.

CPFoodBlog wrote:FYI, as we reported earlier today, Cedar Fair changed the All-Season dining plans corporate wide today to remove the 4 hour restriction between meals, but now you must eat during the following times: enjoy lunch (11:30am - 2:30pm) and dinner (4:30pm - 8:00pm) every time you visit the park!

FYI, there has been a reversal in thinking, and the time slots have been removed and the 4 hour spacing between meals has been reimplemented.

I hate to bring up an old topic, but let's be honest....I'm a big Southern boy that likes to eat.

I noticed on the new park map that they specify which food locations are included in the Meal Plan. It is as we figured, and the chain places are not included, but looks like everything else is (Including Harmony Hall). I'm a little disappointed that the new HUGE funnel cakes aren't included, but the regular ones are so that's cool.

I have not seen any mention of dessert yet, but still reading the fine print.

I'm SOOOOOOOOOO ready to get my food on. I just feel like this year the experience is going to be a whole new thing for me.

I see on the park map that Chickie and Petes is listed as part of the meal plan, but I don't see any mention of them on the website. Do any of you guys know whether C&P is indeed included? I hope so, I do love me some crab fries! :D

If Chickies & Petes was included, it would have brought two dining passes...
$165 Cedar Fair missed out on, hint hint for next year.

Hopefully they won't catch too much lip from people since the map says one thing and the site says another. I thought it seemed odd that Chickies and Petes was included when none of the other name brand places are.

Lot's of choices to eat at and Harmony Hall has a long list of choices that are available on the plan.

As for dessert, it appears that the meal plan includes entree and one side item. Drink and dessert not included, but if you have one of the souvenir cups it's only 99cent to refill so hard to complain about that. Now if they hand out Souvenir cups at Media Day i'll be really happy.

what's up guys. just wondering if anyone's got an opinion on the food at Dockside Fries, namely their fried fish, fried shrimp, corn dogs? is it restaurant (or near-restaurant) quality... or typical, heavily-breaded crap? what are the sides? lol i'm trying to break from Harmony Hall and chill at the back of the park. thanks.

A couple of days ago, a few friends and I visited carowinds. Since we all have the season dining plan, we went to funnel cake emporium. When we got to the cashier, all she did was ask us if we had the dining plan. She didn't even scan our cards, so after eating our funnel cakes, we all went for another meal to take home. I'm not sure if this was a mistake, but if the funnel cakes are free without having to use your meal plan, then I am uber satisfied
