I'm holding out for a GCI in that area. Put the queue and entrance in Crossroads to get more traffic in that area. Ever since Thunder Road's demise and the new County Fair that area has just felt depressing.

Waterslides use pump houses . . . Especially large ones.

And all that concrete is unlikely to stay forever.

Am I one of the only ones who thinks that Vortex isn't being converted?

I also think that they will use some of Dino's Alive area for the snoopy expansion. Not but maybe a few acres of it, but still.

^ I think your right about Vortex not being converted next year, but it will surprise me if they touch Dinos Alive. It wouldn't bother me if they took them out all together, but I don't see that happening next year. As far as PS expansion I hope they put some cars back in like the Old Jalopies or something.

^ I could see the Vortex conversion happen sooner than the DA removal/PS expansion, since Vortex has been around for a longer amount of time. However, if Carowinds isn't making their financial needs for DA, they could expand PS sooner.

I can see Planet Snoopy coming next year. They have not done much to that side of the park other than remove Thunder Road and you can consider the water park. I say updating Planet Snoopy needs to be a big priority and then remove Dino Alive put something nice there.

"Allegedly" the breakdance never made it across the Atlantic.

I see similar rides KD got to their Planet Snoopy area coming to Carowinds.

I can see that as well. They could use the now cut off path that runs along the wall near Woodstock Gliders and probably connect it back around by the cabbie coaster and the little boat ride so there's a continuous flow of traffic vs dead ends. I hate dead ends in parks.

Jarvis.
