I just realized that I made a fatal mistake. Most of my sketches are slightly smaller than HO scale. Believe it or not "slightly" can have a BIG impact on the final product. If I work diligently, then I can re-work everything.

I finally finished redrawing the front and back of the Plantation House. The scale is now correct and drawn to actual size:

I will now draw the sides of the building, then I will redraw the ticket booths, the admissions building, metal scanners, the breezeway exit, the gift shops, and restroom building. Then I will sketch the bridge and all of it's fine details. Then I will be able to draw the entire model actual size and I will then know how many materials I will need.
Lots more to do.

I won;t have many updates until the end of next week (exams are this week). I plan to be done with all sketches within the next two weeks, then I can begin construction.

The Breezeway exits were extremely challenging to figure out (how the railings and fences are positioned). But I've got it correct for the most part.

More coming soon. Next on the list to be redrawn is the Thrillseekers Gift Shop.

So... It's been a while, but I have another update. I have completed the Thrillseeker's Gift Shop.
The overall sketch

Next on my list is the building behind the Thrillseekers Gift Shop adjacent to the path leading to the Season Pass Center.
Then I will sketch the restroom building.
Then the Bridge.
Then Plaza Objects.
Then a top view sketch of the entire model.

After all of that, I can begin construction.
