I mean, is it so hard to think that they may be rounding some on this $50 million? Maybe it is $51 million, maybe its $48 million, and I'm sure its not a perfect $50,000,000.00 even, so all I'm saying is there could very well be more or less money to play around with. Maybe they will just cash the rest in and make it rain on the park guests one day. That's a splash right?

That whole spot, while pretty small, is a dead zone - a themed activity might breathe a little life back into it.

I didn't consider the big splash could mean a splash down coaster like Diamondback or Griffon, etc. It would be so cool to get another coaster but I just think that's crazy lucky for the park if they end up doing something like that. I was thinking a water ride with a big splash or something like that......Does anyone know how much of the 50 million has been spent for this expansion?

Would be nice to see a revamp of the County Fair that would a new Log Flume or water coaster. However I am positive 2016 is Soak City!

Ok so Ik carowinds were given 50 million for the park to make improvements, but if they were to add another coaster why are people saying it has to fit in their 50 million budget? Carowinds makes money to add to that budget.

This backs up what SwampFox said, hate to see Whitewater go but if it is for water based attractions it will worth it. If Whitewater goes then it will Carowinds with just one water ride. Really need atleast three and plus a huge waterpark.
