I went by Guest Services to clarify what is included with the season dining plan:
All locations on the map indicated by a blue star are included.
Chickie & Pete's was not meant to be included since it is an outside vendor. Since it is marked on the map, they have included one entrée (She believes it is the cheesesteak). The funnel cake locations were also not meant to be included. Since they are, you can get a plain funnel cake with powdered sugar (no toppings).
Soda is NOT included at any location. You get an entree and a side. You can get 2 meals per day at least 4 hours apart.

I'll have to agree with the cold food. I've been staying away from HH just because of the mess the dining plan has become. Last 2 trips there the food was cold and nowhere near the quality it was last season.

All I'm going to say is unless someone tells park management, this situation will remain the same.

Food seemed much better in HH this season. I actually finished my pizza this season, last season I could only stomach about one slice before I gave up and tossed it in the trash.

Really? Interesting. Never had an issue with cold food in HH and if things look old I'll ask for a fresh plate.

So far my meals at Harmony Hall have not lived up to what i had on Media Day. As a vegetarian/pescetarian I am limited to what I can get so so far I've had a salad and a cheese pizza and hard as a rock breadstick. Also, the pizza was cold.

It would be nice to find a fish option or a veggie burger or even better a portabello sandwich if they really want to improve the food options for people who do not eat meat.

I can confirm Chickie & Pete's is now included. I ate there today. They have added a small sticker for the dining plan on the menu next to the cheesesteak and the chicken cheesesteak.

I'm not sure if it was supposed to be included but they gave me a basket of fries with the sandwich.

Now this is great news! I'm sure they will fix for next season, so everyone should enjoy it while it lasts!

Does the funnel cake count as a meal to where you would have to wait 4 hours for more food? I remember someone saying they didn't scan your card.

Darn! Cheesesteak, funnel cake, etc! Now I regret not getting the dining plan. Sounds like it might be worth it if we can make at least 6 trips this year compared to what we spend to pack our food. We usually come about 10 times, but with a daughter in college Tues-Sat, Summer semester, and her having no car, it's going to be more difficult than in years past. I was worried we would have only burgers, pizza, and corn dogs to choose from and I really didn't wanted to pay for a dining pass x 8 people. Ugh! I wish we lived closer it would be easier to work things out.

On funnel cakes: I don't know what they're looking for but the employee at Funnel Cake Emporium told me Friday night that they just look at the card. So no, it doesn't count against your 4-hour interval.
