Look at the date, this was filed. Hmm, the WaterWorks is only used at two parks. Why would Paramount Parks want a trademark for the WaterWorks if they aren't going to use it.

Not sure I understand what you are trying to say. I did look at the date it was filed, and it said "August 18, 2003".
