Yes, I've had some Carowinds nightmares before. Here's two I remember:

1. I was in the front seat of Thunder Road Forwards during the nighttime. The car was near the hill and we stopped. The park began closing and the ride was closed. There were many other people on the ride, but I do not recall their reactions. We waited there for a couple minutes. I then went to sleep (in the dream LOL). I then woke up and it was morning I was still sitting in the train car and the train started moving and cresting the hill.

2. (This nightmare occured during the time I disliked looping coasters). I climbed into Cyclone and rode the lifthill. It was different as in we not going up toward the Waterworks area, but towards Wayne's World. It's like we were going in the opposite direction of what Cyclone usually goes. After we crested the hill, we went down the hill and I flew out of my seat and landed on the ground.

Once I dreamed I was visiting the park with a friend and we were getting on the Hurler right after they installed seatbelts on it. He refused to wear his even though I tried to tell him it was for his own safety, and there was nothing I could do to convince him otherwise. On the second hill he was thrown from the train and fell to a tragic death. What a nightmare!

No nightmares(or dreams only about Carowinds), but I have had some dreams were the park has shown up briefly.

Once, I had a dream where I was out in my yard and I could see the Skytower and Top Gun down the road from my house. Seems like there was a noise problem or something.

I've also had some weird dreams involving the park's layout. I've stepped off Thunder Road, and ended up in Vortex's Que.

Who are you to gauge whose dreams/nightmares are real or not? He might have actually had that dream. People dream about all kinds of crazy things.

I have not personally dreamed about Carowinds at all, I don't think...

I had one once about the riverboat being removed!


Ok, really, I had one where the top gun restraints disapeared and I hung on to the bottom of the train until the final inversion where I was thrown from the train to my death.

Also I've had one where I was in the wave pool, and I got sucked underwater and pounded to death and grinded up by all the machienes underwater that make the waves. For a while after that I didn't go close to the end of the pool.

I also had one about going down one of the waterslides, and my swim trunks fell off in the middle of it and I came out the bottom with my swim trunks still being in the middle of the slide. (I'm not sure if this one was about carowinds, but it was probably just about some generic water park)

I hava a lot of dreams that I am at Carowinds naked with my friends .... kinda like the going to school naked dream. But I'm not shy about it and it is a thrill for me to ride Top Gun that way.

i haven't had any "nightmares" about carowinds but i have had some crazy dreams

Once i dreamed that i was on scooby doo and when it ws going down the drop i flew out and slammed into the ground,and i reapered on the lift again,and it happened again,and it kept repeating


(this one is ridiculous)Once i dreamed that there was four drop zone towers,and they were all leaning,and it only had lap bars,but they were like 250 ft tall,and the park itself ws like 5 acres,and there were no coasters,just the dpop zones(there might of been cyclone but i can't remember)


Once i dreamed that i was in the que for cyclone but the train never returned.and it had a cobra roll(i can't remember much else)

Another nightmare I do recall is watching the SkyTower lean over and slammed against the ground causing a giant field of black smoke and dust like people saw during 9/11.

I had a dream or a nightmare where I was on Top Gun and then we get stuck on one of the loops and it was raining and storming so no one could get us down till the rain stoped. So all of us on the train died because of are head.

^ Maybe there is some truth to that one. Runaway Reptar and the Borg ***. are both variations of a Vekoma SLC...

I had one where we got an Intamin Giga behind the hurler. The layout was similar to the Raging Bull at SFGA.
