Hi everyone. Actually ran across this board thru Roller Coaster Database, which led me to Coaster Fanatics. Haven't rode a lot of different ones, but rode the one's at Carowinds a great deal. Want to get out to Cedar Point, maybe next year.
The reason for the post is I ran across the Carolina Coaster Classic at Carowinds put on by ACE. Anyone been to these in the past? I am guessing ERT is exclussive Ride Time(Too many abbreviations used on the coaster boards!). Anyone know what a good score is on Scooby's shootout?? I had like 1700 a couple of weeks ago, do I need to sharpen my shooting skills?? I would be interested in going, sounds like fun. Any more info on the ACE club would be appreciated!

Carolina Coaster Classic (or C3 as most of us call it) is a great event. It's like a big family reunion and honestly of the 3 different ACE events I've been to, it's my favorite.

Carowinds takes care of us so well, and they are a lot cheaper if you have a season pass than say Six Flags is for Spring Fling (Georgia).

I look forward to it every year, and this will be my 4th C3.

I'm terrible at Scooby Doos Haunted Mansion, so I have no idea what a good score is.

I normally get around 1200 on Scooby's ride. You must have gotten the good gun, lol. They have a score board at the very end of the ride to your right before you get out of the car. That lists how 'good' you are.

I can't remember the scores, but I'd think 1700 is pretty good. First time?

Well, that is the first time on the Scooby Ride. Haven't been to Carowinds in a few years, but my wife is helping with a Summer Camp program, so we all got Season Passes this year. I did play the same basic game at Universal, was it Men in Black? Of course that was like 7 years ago!
Was surprised at the score, couldn't tell if I was on target or not!

I will definitly have to go some before the ACE event, I wouldn't mind checking that out, might even become a member after that! Like what I see on the website. As if I need another hobby. :wacko:
