Yes, this amazing rumor is the same one that I've heard since 2001!

Amazing rumor...........hummm?? Oh yeah!! its comming to me now i remember talk to my sources again (ya know the same one as 73-03). Well it turns out that thre will not be a hyper in 2005, but instead a Starata-coaster!! Thats right folks, yall beat it out of me!! Its going to be 420ft. and 1in. just to hold the claim of the tallest roller coaster!! Its going to use the conventional lift being that a launch would bee too much on the parks power supply. My source told me that everytime it would launch it would cause a power surge to happen at the park ( so imagine approaching the brakes when this happens!!) So the lift is going to be a 4 min ride, but dont worry!! There will be a lemonade and pretzel stand at each 100ft so you can purchase so snacks if you get hungry on the accent. After you reach the top of the lift (finally) you go down a 50ft pre-drop (just to ease some pressure off the chain. After that your encircle the park twice before slamming into the brakes Great American Scream Machine style!! And before you start post like Is (insert coaster name here)safe? Im gonna let you know right now-its not!! so keep that post to yourself!! Ride at your own risk.

Oh yeah i almost forgot, the manufactor is going to be VEKOMA!! I was told that although they have the new track on the market, carowinds decided to opt for the older one just so some people can run and cry to particular coaster sites and complain about how rough it is!! Heck, the park doesnt care cause they are getting put on the map regardless!!

Folks...We've had hyper rumours for how many years now? Probably for as long as soon of you have been alive! I don't have any inside info (believe it or not) on what the park is getting next year. Its too soon too even really start thinking about what the park will get. Let's get the park open first! Paramount Parks could change their mind on the turn of a coin. This has been proven time and time again.

If this got started because of what I said in the Discovery Channel Day Two post...that was a rumour and a joke too. ("The hyper we're getting in 2005 (and 2006 and 2007...") More of a joke really if you read how I wrote it.
