I'm going to try to get down there tomorrow and grab a few rides if my cold / virus / whatever cooperates.

Never went one time during a regular operating day in 2010 so why would I change that during the last weekend.

I popped in yesterday around noon for a few hours with a couple coaster geeks from TN that were in NC for a music festival and they asked if I wanted to meet up. Got my last 2 Intimidator rides of the year (both were actually among the best I'd gotten), no lines at the park, even rode Cobra.

Trying to decide if I'm going to Dollywood in Decmeber to close the season out, or if this'll be it.

With the crazy day Monday was, I forgot to come back here.

Anyway, I got 20 rides in Sunday to bring me to a total of 170 rides for the year.

I even got 2 or 3 trimless rides when the wind picked up during the afternoon.

It was kind of sad leaving the park on closing weekend. There were a few Carowinds Connection folk sightings. I even got to work Intemidator on my last day...yeah!

Yea, I saw you running the Intimadator, you are great with working with guests and even people who are too short to ride. It is sad that the park is closed but there is always next year to ride rides.
