General Carowinds discussion

Wow, am I glad to have found this board! I haven't been able to reach a live person at Carowinds all day!
Any Carowinds experts out there? We recently bought our 2011 season passes, but just discovered that the e-vouchers we were supposed to print were sent to an old email address. We have tried to access it, but as we no longer use the carrier (Bellsouth), we can't. So, our e-vouchers that we were supposed to print off and bring with us to the gate are unavailable. We were planning on going tomorrow. Can we just go to the ticket office and show our ID's, without the e-vouchers? I would hate to drive 4 hours and be told that they don't keep a record of purchased season passes in their system. I'll be checking back all night to see if any of you have had a similar experience. I think you can get your E-tickets printed out at Carowinds for you. Not 100% sure about that though. I would call them and ask if you can do this. You can find this number at the bottom of www.carowinds.com

I've tried that number, the live people stop answering calls at 4 pm. This place is my last shot :)

I dont think it will be a problem, just head over to guest services and tell them you need your tickets because you couldnt print them. They should be able to look it up with no problems at all. Good luck!

You'll be fine. Just have all the info, including email address. I couldn't print mine and they still got it pulled up.

Thank you all for your help! It seems I worried over nothing. They looked up our information at the gate and we got in with only a few minutes of extra work. We had a blast! I'll be hanging around here, as we now have season passes and I am sure I will have more questions. Thanks again!
