Wow, am I glad to have found this board! I haven't been able to reach a live person at Carowinds all day!
Any Carowinds experts out there? We recently bought our 2011 season passes, but just discovered that the e-vouchers we were supposed to print were sent to an old email address. We have tried to access it, but as we no longer use the carrier (Bellsouth), we can't. So, our e-vouchers that we were supposed to print off and bring with us to the gate are unavailable. We were planning on going tomorrow. Can we just go to the ticket office and show our ID's, without the e-vouchers? I would hate to drive 4 hours and be told that they don't keep a record of purchased season passes in their system. I'll be checking back all night to see if any of you have had a similar experience.
