[B]Tell which coaster you like better is it top gun or borg?

How did i know this was comming........being that both coasters are from completely differnt species of coasters, same class but different species. Now being that top gun has been in the park for 5 years and BORG has been there only 2 days, personally, it takes me mroe than one ride to classify a coaster. I mean i enjoyed BORG and i enjoyed top gun, but if i wanted to soar over water and have that flying feeling i would choose BORG. Now, if i wanted that feel of being strapped to the bottom of a fighter jet and fly thru inversion over inversion then i would choose top gun. I feel that they compliment each other. Like peanut butter and jelly!!! um ummmmm

I really can't say because it is comparing two totaly different rides. I can say this tho, Borg is my favorite Flyer and Top Gun is my favorite Invert, expecially the way it rode Saturday and Sunday.

Holy crap, when i looked at it live i was like well, this looks okay but it doesnt loook really good or liek as good as superman in georgia, but i went and waited 2 hrs to ride it, once i did it was sooooooo awesome! i cant wait until summer when u can ride it over and over with no lines.!!!

I sayed it once before borg blows top gun out of the water. I will never forget the loop on borg.

Yes, that loop is very tumultuous. I could feel the fluid around my brain rush to the back of my head, leaving the front completely dry.

Yea, the loop was awesome. I have never rode a flyer before and the loop was my favorite part. Not what i expected.

I am not sure what you mean by this comment. I did not go to school for so long and work my way up this far not to wear my medical jacket most places. Persons respect me a lot more when I wear it.

That's crazy. I would wear my medical jacket to a park. It would make people respect me a lot more. It might even get me front row on certain rides. You might want to seriously consider it.

I voted for Top Gun on this one. It's more intense.

I think the Borg is more fun, but TG is more intense (Intense is good). I voted for the Borg but If carowinds could only have one of the coasters, I would pick TG. It's a B&M and it is more reliable with a better hourly capacity. It will also likely be at the park longer than the Borg.

This in not final as of where I stand, I need to ride the Borg a few more times (20?) and then I will not feel as though riding it is a brand new exciting adventure and It will just be a fun thing to do. Once I feel the same way about the coasters, then I will make a final decision.

I'll make a new poll like this at the end of the season. I think the results will change drastically (The coasters will have just about the same number of votes).
