I can honestly say I've never seen this happen on a roller coaster before. Shortly after boarding Carolina Cobra, they made us all get off and exit the ride. A guy walking down with us mentioned the problem, but I thought he was just being a stupid kid. The ride op cleared out the entire station and told us to go wait at the entrance and she would come get us after the hazmat team arrived. After a few minutes they showed up, did their thing, ran the ride for a cycle before the ride operator came and told us what happened. Apparently a young lady on the previous trip lost her bloody feminine hygiene pad and left it on the ride.
