I don't know how many of you have listened or seen any of Paramount's Carowinds commercials but I have noticed all year and especially the last month a change in the style and ending message.
Example of older ending message: Paramount's Carowinds Amusement Park, where Families come to play.
Example of new ending message: Paramount's Carowinds, where Hollywood comes to life, or, where you can ride the movies.
I have noticed more and more "Hollywood" style advertisements, commercials and messages coming thru the air-ways. These are more professionally done and have the feel of a Hollywood production. I listen to a lot of stations on the way to and from work as I hate talk shows so I change stations often and I hear most of these on 97.9, 95.1, and 92.3 in the afternoon.
With the addition of Boomerang Bays, Borg, Nickelodeon, The Italian Job, Scooby Doo's Haunted Mansion and with the themeing that has came lately it appears to me that they seriously want us to ride the movies. To me, that's great, but at the same time could that also mean the end of our dreams of a hyper coaster or other types of flats?
What commercials have you seen or heard lately?
