Do you have to buy a new one every year or can you use one you had last year?

As far as I know, you can use ones from past seasons.

Can you really use cups from past seasons?
That would be great but it seems like they would
use different ones each year to make you buy a new one.
Now they are $6.99 with refills $1.99.
It started out that way last year too but near the end
of the season last year, they changed it to
$7.99 with refills .99.

I don't think you can, as they refused to fill my last years cup yesterday at the snack stand near the Flyers. I'm so sad though, I lost the new one that I bought yesterday while at my 8 hour flyer marathon. I think one of the cleaning crew picked it up .
