I am going to the park this Saturday with family, has anyone been this year? If so, has it gotten better, about the same, or worse?
Went to the park sat night oct 3rd. Holy crap was the park busy, probaly had alot to do with the weather being so nice and the tickets were only $27 online. Only went through 1 maze and that was the 3d used by the action theatre, and they pushed you through it so fast no one was set to scare you.
The lines were so long for everything, hit up borghawk first to get the long wait over with and sure enough get ready to get on,and it shuts down for several cycles due to maint. issues or something. Maybe i am jinxed but everytime i go to ride it or any other flying coaster it always breaks.( as i stand there waiting and watching, goldrusher is over there just trucking along, and not breaking every 10 cycles ).
Hurler had a 45 min. wait, thunderroad on the left had 2 trains running and the right side only had 1 running so they were not racing, which was a bummer lines were 20-30 min. All the mazes had about 1 hr wait. Cobra had forever long line didn't ride. Vortex was about 25 min. Topburn was about 30 min. All in all was a very busy nite for the park. Intimidator is coming along very nice. Can't wait for 2010.
