well stoped by the park thursday at about 1:30. it wasn realy crowded execpt night hack vortex brooke down for about 25 min and will i was walking to afterburn i realized the whole setup for camp killua is gone and is land scaped and turned into the perfect land scape so as i wonder hey itll take alot of work to fix that back into a maze i know its late in the season but next time ure at the park check it out and actualy look at it. but anyways i had an nice timeand hope to come next weekend.

Is this the first time you have been to carowinds in the day time they start working on the mazes early August that trail has always been there. There also working on Snoopy Starlight in that area

Well to be honest, I think since snoopys starlight spectacular goes on until september 4th, they wont start making camp killauee until then but the other mazes will start being put up when carowinds goes back to its weekend operation after summer. Since dead inn is leaving this year (you can tell by the difference in wallpaper in the arcade) I expect that to close in ....like....july so they can build a new maze (hopefully )

That only gives them about 12 days to get it done and I will be going to Scarowinds Fri. Sep. 16

I was saying the same thing.
But Camp Killauee was sooooo boring.The whole area now with all the decoration, landscaping, and electric wiring going in, it kind of makes you wonder if it's coming back.
Honestly, the only thing that creeped me out in the maze was that alligator that slides from under the fence.

You can always relocate.

For Example, close up Joe Cool's Driving School, and put in back in there.

In my opinion, Dodgems needs to stay open during haunt season. Put the games in the Carolina Cove Shop that is never open in the Boardwalk section of the park.
