Breaking news --- Cedar Fair sells 87 acres of surplus land adjacent to Canada's Wonderland to help pay down it's term debts.

I know this is just surplus land and hopefully a smart business move but is this move detrimental in the parks future expansion possibilities? Is this the precursor to selling the entire park? Didn't Geauga meet a similar event of fates?
How much surplus land does Carowinds have, anyone know? I know this has been discussed years back but did we ever get a clear idea? This sell does reawaken the likelihood that a) they work smartly at managing parks, b) we should never get too comfortable with CF as a long term owner. And if they ever did sell Carowinds for whatever reason, their legacy will certainly be the one that dramatically changed the parks skyline. Which is a good thing.
