Lake Compounce building a Premier Sky Rocket II (Tempesto, Superman, etc. clone). Not thrilled about clones, but I've never been on one before and this park really needed another major ride, so it will be nice. Only lap bars too unlike Busch Gardens.

They're great, fun rides and the forces are crazy good. The capacity is a nightmare though and I think if Premier took the Mr. Freeze route with the sliding loading platform it would help improve that some. Either way, I think this is a good fit for smaller parks. They can get a headlining attraction that draws attention to the park and that's always a good thing.

Nice. Maybe that'll be the standard for them going forward.

I'll just leave this here. A photo from Coaster Crew.

Nothing new there. That's been painted on that fence for a while now.

Anyone have an idea when we might here about Twisted Twins? I thought I read somewhere (maybe here?) that the KK announcement would happen in early July.

Six Flags will just change their wording to have the steepest FIRST drop on any roller coaster. Besides... I don't know that you can really count this (yes, I know it's a drop) but if we start counting this then Mr. Freeze/Speed/etc can claim the steepest drop on a steel coaster (other than the beyond vertical first drop coasters).

New Dive Coaster track found at the B&M plant:
From Screamscape
There were pictures on KICentral a few days earlier but I couldn't/didn't want to post them here. Very similar to Fury with the second color on the bottom of the spine. I think bluish-purple supports would look great with the track. [EDIT] The supports are grey and I don't think it's primer.

It definitely looks like Dive coaster track. Look how wide it is. I imagine that it will be the full gauge Dive coaster, same width as Griffon and Sheikra. The new one at Eifteling is a narrower gauge Dive Coaster.
