You've got one week left to get your mail in registration dropped in the mail for the return of one of the best woodies in the world. After all the refurbishment that's been done to Rampage, this will be like riding a brand new coaster!

Mail in postmarking deadline is next Wednesday, October 15. Online continues until next Saturday, the 18th.

I'm sure there will be updates on my Facebook, too, Arby! I'm soooo excited about this weekend! (Even though my friend that is traveling with me is certain she's going to contract Ebola on the airplane… )

Thanks, Jarsh, for everything you did for this event! It was really quite amazing. The Koch family is awesome, and I truly loved every minute of it. My friends aren't coaster enthusiasts, but they had a really good time, too. I don't really have any plans to travel to Birmingham next summer, but they made the event such a wonderful experience, I may just have to find a way to get down there during their regular season!

Rampage is a pretty deceiving looking little coaster! I fully expected it to just be a fun little ride, but I was shocked by how very intense it was. It was non-stop from lift hill all the way back into the station. The front seat was the best for me, and I would love to go back and do it again and again! Oh, and the thrill of doing it in the dark added to the experience!

That second credit on the Centi-speed was more my friends' type of ride, so they got in several rides on it. It was just a typical Wacky Worm coaster, but it was still fun.

If anyone else is ever in Birmingham, you should totally check out Alabama Splash Adventure. I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Thanks Tonya. Glad you and your friends enjoyed it. Rampage is running in top form; better than any other time I can recall.

I've always enjoyed riding in the back due to the 7th drop being so ejector-like, but the front seat realllllly grew on me this time. The ending magic carpet run was absolutely relentless in the front. Dan was even surprised at what it would do with a fully loaded train after warming up some, lol. He even compared some of the magic carpet spots to Voyage in intensity.
