Wow looks like the wing rider is becoming popular... if Dollywood does infact get one, that will make what 3 in 2 years that B&M created haha. I just hope Carowinds follows the trend, I would love to get something unique or different for once...

^4 in 2 years, Gardaland, Thorpe, SFGAm, Dolly. This is often the case with B&M. Floorless debuted in 99 and there were 5 by 2000. Flyer debuted in 2002 and there were 4 by 2003. And of course inverts which debuted in 1992, by 1995 there were 9.

Full rundown here..

SF America - Iron Wolf moving and being renamed Apocalypse
SF Discovery Kingdom - New Premier Skyloop coaster named Superman: Ultimate Flight
SF Fiesta Texas - Sky Screamer
SF Great Adventure - Sky Screamer, waterpark getting some slides
SF Great America - X-Flight B&M Wing coaster
SF Magic Mountain - Drop Tower being installed on the side of Superman named Lex Luthor
SF New England - Deja Vu moving and being renamed Goliath (the video shows Kingda Ka at one point, hilarious)
SF St. Louis - Waterpark slides
Great Escape - Waterpark slides

The rest:
Finally, the company is adding a variety of family rides, shows and attractions at several parks, including Six Flags Mexico, La Ronde in Montreal, Six Flags Over Texas, Six Flags Fiesta Texas—America’s favorite show park—and a 45th anniversary tribute at Six Flags Over Georgia

Well it really surprised me when the 4-D coaster like X2 didnt BOOM, I thought that within 2 or 3 years there would be like 10+ of them but apparently it wasnt as big of a hit as I had thought... I would love to ride X2. I was very unhappy to see six flags over georgia celebrate 45 years by adding.... 6 shows????..... oh lord.... Oh well I havent been there so I dont know what they lack etc. I guess because they just got DDD they didnt want to add a coaster... not sure why they didnt get that sky screamer swing though... Oh well, now I want to go to great america to ride X-Flight hahaha and dollywood of course to ride there wingrider, if its infact a wing rider... Looks like no six flags will be buying an intamin ride... which is quite interesting.... the launch coaster will be by Premier, which I like a lot better than intamin anyway hahaha. I need to go to some of these parks... bad..

Is Apocalypse the last stand a used coaster that will be moved or is it actual a brand new design? I do like the color scheme and hopefully they will have nice theme for that, I am a big fan of horror themes and you don't see them much around here... I don't know why I like it so much but the black and orange is nice, and different. Looks like six flags is doing a lot of good things for their parks...

Apocalypse is coming from SFGA (Iron Wolf) and going to SFA.

The 415 foot drop tower is built by Intamin, although it's not a coaster.

The reason why it did not boom was because it was a very expensive roller coaster. $46 million was the price tag, however im not sure if that is the price tag of it including the $10 million renovation from X to X2. It is a fantastic ride. Hopefully I will get a chance to ride it again next summer since I need to go back to ride their 415 foot drop tower. :D

A lot of the Six Flags stuff leaked already, but I'll wait in hopes of it all being posted together.

EDIT: KD is getting the Dinosaurs Alive as well... :(

I was just curious about the Apocalypse design because I haven't seen a B&M stand up for a long while now... What happened to all the rides at Six Flags in New Orleans? Did they all get moved?

Yet another Cedar Fair Park is getting the Dinosaurs Alive next year.... add Dorney to the list.... This really makes me worried that Carowinds will make the horrible decision to add this in the future. The one good thing is, there isnt a lot of tree at Carowinds, so this doesn't really fit the park if you ask me, but you never can tell. All I know is, this is how it all started with Windseeker so... What do you guys think?
