The sale of the old Busch Entertainment Corp. to Blackstone Capital Partners V L.P., an investor fund advised by The Blackstone Group became final today. It also brought a new name with the sale. Busch Entertainment Corp will now be known as SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment.
