I don't believe it for a ton of reasons.

First off, why would there even need to exist a document like this? The whole "This is for the eyes of..." nonsense (and the way the entire 'document' was worded) screams fanboy. There would be no need to have this random document with stats without it being some type of press materials. I'm sure that the people that need to know about it don't need this document. Besides, there would be no need to reiterate the company's NDA for knowing about a particular ride on a document meant for only 'authorized' people.

Also, the company refers to that particular type of coaster as an Accelerator coaster, not an Accelerator 'Strata' coaster.

I believe they are getting a Wind Seeker as well (like Cedar Point). We'll all know for sure come Tuesday when they make announcements.
